Hotwash template for The Rover, structured to facilitate constructive feedback from both design and production teams. This template is designed to acknowledge successes, provide critical insights, and offer recommendations for refining the production process. It is tailored for a mid-scale production in terms of labor and budget, staged in the Catawba Theatre, a black box venue.

The Rover Organizational Chart clearly defines department structure while illustrating the communication flow within the production. It highlights how leadership roles and departments interact, ensuring collaboration, efficiency, and a well-organized workflow.

The Production Information Form (PIF) for

The Rover provides a clear, concise overview of key elements, including major milestones, dates, departmental budgets, and key production positions. Designed as an easy-to-follow one-sheet, it serves as a quick reference for any department across campus. Please note that personal information of both students and faculty has been redacted for confidentiality.

The As You Like It Load-In Schedule underwent multiple revisions as the team navigated daily challenges, requiring flexibility and strategic adjustments. This iteration reflects a carefully coordinated effort with Production Management to align departmental priorities, optimize workflow, and ensure all tasks were completed efficiently.

The Communication Matrix for As You Like It outlines all communication methods used throughout the production, detailing who, what, where, when, why, and how each method is employed. It served as a valuable resource for current team members to recall available communication options and as an essential onboarding tool for new team members.

The Production Calendar for As You Like It, like all productions, was an essential tool for providing the team with an at-a-glance view of the schedule. Color-coded and formatted in a traditional layout, the calendar was regularly updated to reflect any changes or additions to the timeline. It was then distributed to ensure the entire team remained aligned and informed.

An example of a Weekly Report used during all productions while serving as Production Manager at UNCSA. In addition to our weekly staff meetings with the Production and Project Management department, where we reviewed each production in detail, this report was sent to department advisors (supervisors) to keep them updated on progress, highlight any concerns, and ensure they were prepared for their own weekly staff meetings.

One of my responsibilities for the IAAPA 2024 conference was organizing networking opportunities for all UNCSA Design and Production students in attendance. This involved facilitating meetings with industry professionals from various companies to deepen our understanding of the themed entertainment sector and the companies themselves. This document provides a detailed breakdown of the daily schedule, including meeting times, company information, and the UNCSA participants. Please note that personal information of both students and professionals has been redacted for confidentiality.
